Free Consent to the Project
The ‘mission’ of the Ecomuseo of the Rhaetian Terraces of Bianzone is the research, conservation and valorisation of the cultural and landscape assets present in the entire municipal area, representative of a ’typical“ environment and of the ways of life that have followed there and accompanied its future development. Through routes, projects, collections and cultural events, the Ecomuseo aims to actively involve inhabitants, turning them into custodians of their own culture and encouraging responsible and sustainable tourism.
With reference to D.g.r. 22 July 2019 no. XI/1959 “Update of the minimum requirements for the regional recognition of ecomuseums in Lombardy” the establishment of the Ecomuseo must be an expression of broad participation by the community and the public and private subjects that make it up. The local population, as well as cultural, scientific and scholastic institutions, local bodies and associations, economic realities, and possibly individual people involved, are called upon to express their free, prior and informed consent to adhere to and participate in the ecomuseum project.
